Soft 4 1/2 blue dice with screen printed numbers on one die (2,4,6,8,10,12) and exercise directions on the other die (push-ups, sit-ups, arm circle, hop on one foot, toe touch, and jumping jack). Students roll the dice and them do what the combination of dice say. Excellent for groups of students standing in line or waiting on the sideline.
