Its flimsy and I have been having a ton of problems with it. It always turns off out of no where and verizon wireless just keeps replacing it with the same type of phone. Also the screen goes white all the time. I am really unhappy with my purchase. Recently when I was in the verizon wireless store, another customer was having problems with her phone too. That shows that it’s just a bad phone period. Dont ever get it unless you want a problematic phone. Or you like having to deal with the verizon associates..

Also, poor reception. | | | | | | We purchased 2 Samsung Alias phones 3 weeks ago. They both radomly shut off. We went back to Ashtabula mall verizon store and they said it was probably a "bad batch" and gave us 2 new Alias phones. While we were in the store another family was having problems with there phones and stated they had the same problem with their phone. I asked if this was a common problem and was told no, but my gut instinct was that we were not being told the truth. The new phones that we were given are doing the same thing, shutting off radomly. I am call verizon tomorrow. If they know that thephones are defective and have this glitch, then why are they selling them? I am not happy. Do not purchase this phone unless you want problems. Also, the reception stinks. I wish I would have talked to someone who had this phone before I purchased them.
