Problems:1. The suction mounting is difficult to manipulate and the unit kept falling off the windshield. This is a major problem which no one mentions.2.The instruction booklet is minimalist. A few ambigous pictures and a few tiny paragraphs to explain the entire function.3. Needs to be charged 3 hrs every day before use, using a PC or wall adapter (extra $25)4. I couldn't get signal when near treesk, which eliminates a large part of the country.Conclusion: This much hyped unit is overrated.
