But as far as the coffee itself goes, you wish you would have got a more flavorful and pleasing blend.

It is pre-ground which makes it lose a lot of its flavor, supposedly, but I really just didn't like it. However, a little goes a long way, it was pretty strong, and I found that using one less tablespoon for brewing improved the flavor for me.
