If rating only on functionality (as an electric grill!), I'd give it 5 (3.5 to 4 if compared to gas/charcoal).For novice grillers, the computerized feature is fantastic. It also allows new users to electric grills to get used to cooking times as it is quite different from a traditional Q.It saved me from a life without any grill in my condo, and for that I am ever grateful.Best feature is easily the grid change to rotissery. FANTASTIC innovation, and works beautifully.I recomend this to anyone who can not have a traditional grill (condo/appartment) or those who like the convenience of the computerised functions
