Cuisinart DLC-2014N Power Prep Plus Food Processor
Cuisinart has introduced a revolutionary new model -- the 14 cup Power Prep Plus. It boasts a new motor with an alternate speed for perfect dough mixing, a rounded housing for easy cleaning and handling, and new safety features added to its bowl and cover. Featuring a redesigned dough blade which incorporates two sharp stainless steel blades as well as a designated dough button and a redesigned feed tube with a simplified lid release. The smooth touch-pads wipe clean with a sponge. Unlike the plastic dough blade in previous models, these steel blades cut rather than drag through the dough, providing smoother kneading of larger quantities.
