| | | Summary: | "CG1HR - Compact but sturdy" Posted By Katelyn from Arkansas | | Pros: | adjustable stride and full-featured display plus hart rate chest strap | | Cons: | No built-in fan | | | | | | As elliptical machines go, the CG1HR is very compact. I have shopped around and it is one of the most compact there is in it’s category. It 47-inch footprint means that you can fit it almost anywhere. If you have about 6 feet to spare, you’re good to go. But make no mistake about it, at 242 pounds, this is one heavy, sturdy machine. Its most prominent feature is its adjustable stride length, which means that everybody in the family can use it, even my 8 year old. Whisper quiet, it generates almost no noise or vibration. Sweat beads rolling off your forehead will make more noise than this. It can easily hold a book thanks to a lip located at the lower end of its display which, by the way has a full array of programs and features and is very easy to use. The CG1HR comes with a heart rate monitor that straps on to your chest for constant pulse monitoring and also has the standard hand sensors located on the secondary middle handles. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. The only thing missing is a built-in fan.
