| | Last year I bought a new subaru and had to get the trunk equipped with some boom. I love my PLV-7, its pretty loud. However when you really crank it you can hear that actual box shaking in the trunk. It's definetly not a competition stereo, but inside the car the sound it crystal clear. I wouldn't recommend it for any SUV's I would recommend it for a trunk where it muffles the sound of the box, becuase it does vibrate a little bit. The smaller 7 inch speakers don't hit the low low's like a pair of 12's will but considering its size, its boom was worth it for me. SO EASY TO INSTALL!!!!! I had to buy a Optima Battery to keep it powered though.
