Regardless, it was exciting to hear about his illness, life and biking, but saddening to think about the dissolution of his marriage which occured after it was printed.

I can also honestly say that I felt awful, couldn't exercise, and the second I went off it, I gained it all back. I think moderation, not lack of carbs is the key! Unless you are prepared to follow this forever, I would try a different plan.
