I must say that it works pretty well, and if it starts getting gross, just run it through the dishwasher and that should clean it out so you can keep using it.

The thing I don't like about it is that the trays cannot be removed and washed, so it is a little difficult to clean, however, it grills so well it is worth the hassle.
