The chair was damaged when opened (side panel) and the calf air compressor does not work properly. We have tried for over 3 months to have someone out to repair the product with no response. The road show rep at Costco told us that there was a repair person that lived in our area; however, this was a lie. Apparently, you have to wait for someone to fly into your area (State, as they are based out of California) to service the chair. When speaking to a technician who was currently servicing Michigan, he said it was not uncommon for people to not hear back for two months or more. He said that he would have a Vice President from King Kong call us the next morning. We received no call. We now regret our purchase and are returning the product at the end of the week to Costco. Costco has been gracious enough to understand our burden of receiving no after market care from King Kong and will be speaking to the Costco Home buyer. I will not recommend this product to anyone and at every opportunity convey our disappointment in King Kong and discourage any purchases be made by anyone from King Kong. I will also be passing this email on to Costco and to as many reviews of this product/manufacturer that I am able.

Now I have a like new chair, out of warranty, that needs repair. Everything works except the rollers have no pressure. If anyone can fix this chair reasonably, please call me at 720 382 6323
