Micro Micro Kickboard Original :76-KB0005
I have a handful of different wheelboards, and I bought the Original because it looked fun. But it has the following fatal problems;
- It doesn't turn properly. At low speeds, the wheels bite and stop. At high speed, one wheel lifts up, throwing you off.
- It goes into wobbles at very low speeds.
- The wheels don't return to a neutral position on their own.
- The springs squeak all the time.
- The rubber grip is too small and too soft. It's also the wrong shape.
- It's too heavy for use as a casual commuting vehicle.
I've tried the springs on a range of settings and it makes no difference to any of the problems above.
Micro show no interest in this problem, instead getting upset that anybody wouldn't be satisfied with one of their products. The distributor abused me as an 'idiot' for not knowing the difference between a scooter and a kickboard (there isn't any difference). Perhaps they do have other good products, but this isn't one of them. |
