I got it turning with a couple sprays of my dust cleaner the I started to feed the coins slowly not wanting to stress the unit. I stopped a couple of times to free up coins mainly pennies and a few pennies even made it down the dime slot causing me to dump the dimes and start over. Any way I cleaned the unit again and took another good look to make sure no flaws were apparent and started over only to have several more jams to the point when the final jam that left me unable to pull the tray out. I tried to shake the coins loose at first then tried to gently pry till finally my patients were used up and I did what I found very gratifying and introduced the unit to a concrete floor. In my opinion it is were it belongs in the trash. I am sorry to come to this end but I have been looking for a solution to my coin sorting for my business and to my dismay I only was able to find this one unit at Staple Business Depot. I did some research online and found several references to your products so decided it must be good. Boy can I say I was very disappointed. I am sure this email is falling either in the spam, trash or on the dead pile. But I do hope someone reads and shares with someone in a position to care.
