Chi Flat Iron by Farouk with Free Chi Biosilk
This hot tool leaves hair pin straight and silky. Heats up quickly and doesn't require to pass through hair more twice. Add the thermal hair protection before use to keep hair from getting damage. |

Hot Tools Flat Iron 170 W - Model 1190
This was the first flat-iron that I used and at the time I thought it was great, but now that I have upgraded to a ceramic, I couldn't go back. For the price, it works pretty well. |

Farouk Chi Turbo Flat Iron 2 inch with FREE Chi Biosilk
The Chi is the best straightener around - flat out. It is very expensive but it should last a long time provided you don't get too much gunk on it. It is ionic, so it is not as damaging and if you use a serum on it beforehand it does help protect your hair. My hair is frizzy and awful, and it tames so well with the Chi. |

Infiniti by Conair Solid Ceramic Straightener, 2 Model CS32
This straighterer is OK, but it really doesn't get hot enough to make your hair silky and smooth if it is more coarse. However, it probably doesn't damage it as much, so if you are going to straighten often this one is probably better than one that heats up more. |
