I think the Chocolate flavor is the best in the Slim Fast "Easy to Digest" series. It is best served with ice - although I can't say I understand why it is easier to digest because I don't have difficulty with the other shakes. |

Splenda Sweetener Granular 3.8 Ounces
Getting splenda in a box makes it easy to pour it out for different recipes. It bakes well and can be used in the same amounts as sugar. Warning that the box is extremely light, and it is a powdery texture. It works great though! |

Sweetmate Artificial Sweetener Packets - 100 Packets
Sweetmate is essentially the same as Sweet And Low, and it is very potent as far as how sweet it is! I like it for iced tea! Although there is some mixed evidence as far as health risks, it is OK in moderation. |

Equal Artificial Sweetener Packets - 200 Packets
Equal is a good type of artificial sweetener. Although you cannot bake with it, it is delicious on fruit, cinnamon toast and in coffee. There aren't really any negative side effects either. Yum! |

I grew up on Nutrasweet, and I still like to buy it for sweetening my tea, coffee, and I even like to use it on cinnamon toast! There is no evidence that it is bad for you, and it is a little cheaper than some of the other types of sweeteners. |

Splenda Sweetener Packets
I feel better about using Splenda to sweeten my coffee and such because it supposedly does not have any evidence of causing problems in the body. It tastes pretty good, although not the same as sugar, but good enough. |

I tried these after reading an ad about them in a health magazine and I didn't think they worked well for me. I already follow a diet and exercise regimen and they were just another pill to take. If you are more overweight they might be helpful, but I didn't think they were helpful for me. |

I didn't think these Elu supplements worked either. They are more expensive than the other Elu products, probably because people are willing to pay more for a skinny waist than a prolonged tan or hair or whatever. I would just stick to diet and exercise here! |

The 60 capsule Alli starter pack is good to begin with because it costs slightly less, and there are fewer pills if you decide that Alli is not right for you. I wasnt 100% sure if I wanted to do it, so I thought I would check it out using this. So far so good, but I haven't lost anything yet. I also kept a fairly low-fat diet to begin with, but only time will tell. |

I think this book is really good to purchase if you are planning to take the alli pills because it basically outlines a plan on how to gain success with lifestyle changes (diet and exercise), not just taking a pill. Its pretty inspirational if you just read a bit every night. |

These shakes are great for keeping in your refrigerator and grabbing on the go. I don't like the vanilla flavor a lot because it is so sweet, but I know a lot of people who love sweeter things do like it. It is also good over crushed ice. |

Slim-Fast Meals Optima Shake Mix Chocolate Royale
If you are going to try Slim-Fast this is the best flavor by far. Make sure the water is ice-cold (I have even crushed up ice and water in the blender with it before to make a smoothie) otherwise you will really taste the vitamins. It does work though - you are full for hours afterwards. |

This easy to digest shake from slim fast is Lactose free. Unless other products that contain milk. People who are allergic to milk can still drink the shake and enjoy the taste of vanilla. |
