I bought this phone for my house: I needed something cheap that would work. And I must say I regret it: the reception of the cordless isn't that good once you get outside of a hundred feet of the base station, I find, where some $20 phones do that. The good thing is the caller ID and the comfy phone itself--it is designed well.

This is a great product. I used this product for years and love it' durability. I can take it outdorrs and still get a good signal.

This product is okay but not great. It does not have a long enough range that holds a good signal. The battery does not last long.

*** stars out of 5. The phone volume is a bit low. does not get louder than 4, most phones goes to 10.
