Perfect to add to baking products, beverages, and even fruit to cut your sugar consumption. Equal is a sugar substitute less expensive than other sugar substitutes and has a easy to swallow flavor. I just rub it into the meat rather than baste it (like the sauce) and it retains a smokier flavor. I like to let frozen chicken breasts sit in it in the refrigerator for a night or two.
