The bottle says to put it on up to 4 times a day but i only put it on once a day because it's so oily and its not pretty. So I put it on once a day before bed I use regular shampoo and I have cleared up 75%. I can only imagin if I used it 4 times a day. By next week I should be all cleared up. I am so happy!!!!
