Kid's Sun Dome Tent with UV Protection by Kelgar
I purchased the Kel-gar kids's sun dome. I closed the sun dome properly but it still broke. Kel-gar will not repair or replace the damaged merchandise. There "policy" as quoted by the Director or Operations at 972-250-3919 is that "they allow the distributors to handle the replacement of items at their discretion." I no longer have the receipt for the store I purchased the sun dome. I am surprised that Kel-gar does not stand behind their product! Maybe they know that the product will not break and that's why they have their "policy." |
