Rodney Yee is a master yogi. Through this DVD, watch Rodney move slowly from position to position creating a fat-burning series of yoga moves. This is great for intermediate yogis, even beginners who have a knowledge of the positions! I would reccomend this and other Rodney Yee DVDs to anyone practicing yoga who wants a little bit more intense workout. |

Most of the poses are simple enough so that they can be attained by beginners, however, the length of the practice and the quantity of standing poses makes for a vigorous workout. |

Living Yoga - Back Care Yoga for Beginners
At first, I found this DVD to be a little too easy, in contrast with the class, but over time have grown to love it. I usually skip the relaxation part (at the beginning) and go right into the A.M. Yoga with Rodney Yee. The beauty of this DVD is, that the workouts are short, and therefore much easier to fit in to a busy schedule than some of the other 70 minute Yoga DVDs out there. |

Shiva Rea - Vinyasa Flow Yoga
The camera work is beautiful, the locations are great, and the yoga is top notch. This is a bigger, more stylistic, and better put together DVD than Yoga Shakti. However, bigger is not always better. I am not a dancer and I only wanted to practice yoga. Great DVD! |

Tracie herself leads this workout, which is mainly cardio with a lower body toning emphasis. The day after doing this workout for the first time, I felt a pleasant soreness in my entire leg but particularly my hamstrings. I really liked the workout! |

I was so excited to try this new workout. I was unfortunately extremely disappointed. Some of the moves are just not very good, and having to repeat them everytime we add on got really annoying. |

It's fun and I like to do this once or twice a week along with my other routines and dvds. I thoroughly recommend this. I absolutely love this workout. I also like that the beginner moves will still get a beginner a good workout. |
