Pitch Black -Director's Cut - Used
I am usually no fan of the sci-fi action genre, particularly when it tries to mix horror elements in with it. But this film was a delightful surprise for me and it has kept me entertained through several subsequent viewings. It is simply a lot of fun to watch. |

This is one of my favorite bands! You won't regret your purchase. If you are a rock fan you probably own this already; otherwise you will probably become a rock fan after hearing this album. American Idiot is my favorite, Basket Case is good too. |

This could've been done a lot better, given the fact that they took so
long to make & release the d-mn thing! Milla Jovavich is pretty decent
but, we've seen this person before in the Fifth Element....only this
time, she's speaking english. |

I give this movie four and a half out of five stars.
Drew Barrymore is darling in this little sleeper romantic comedy about
a
girl who loses her memory every night when she goes to sleep and then
wakes up having forgotten who she is and what she has done in the
previous days.

My boyfriend hates this movie, but I absolutely liked it. I am a big fan of horror flicks and this movie didn't let me down. The twist and turns kept me interested and the acting was pretty good too. |

Rush Hour - Used
Dynamic duo Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker takes Hong Kong. Their different background results in many interesing jokes.
The quiet Jackie and loud Chris make a great contrast. The movie is action-packed and funny. 5/5 stars!

Elf- Used
Will Ferrell is an oversized Elf that comes to find his biological father on earth. When he finds his father, he tries to relate to him.
Ferrell's lack of self-awareness delivers some great jokes and fun occurrences throughout the film.
He is perfect for this role.
Great family film.

TALLADEGA NIGHTS (UMD)
Comedy starring a F1 car racer that rises from anonymity to stardom.
Fannyman Will Ferrell delivers his usual randomly hilarious jokes.
John C. Reilly is a great support for Ferrell.
The story is straightforward. The jokes sometimes are outrageously funny.

Animal House - Used
Grossly funny. Based on a Dartmouth grad's experience at the College. Having attended the college on the hill myself, I have got to say that the frat life is protrayed quite well by the movie (minus the group cheating and the relationship with the president's wife parts).
Not really suitable for young kids as they aspire college to be a place of endless debauchery. |

Wedding Crashers - Used
Usually, when I walk into a comedy I expect to laugh. I expected to laugh with this movie...but not like I did. This movie was the one comedy that everyone will be talking about. I think it is going to be the Animal House of the new age. It will make you laugh and cry laughing. The plot was ingenious and very smart. It is sort of like Old School by with a different twist. I felt that the story was a story that everyone will like. This is a movie that just kicks off and doesn't stop until it's over. The acting was great. The new team is Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn. They both starred in "Starskey and Hutch", both never had any screen time together. With "Wedding Crashers", they have screen time throughout the whole thing and, they really make a great team up. They are the next Chris Farley and David Spade. They really know how to make the people laugh, which is something not very common, at least now a days. Overall, I loved this movie and so should everyone else. |

There is still plenty of gore left between the two horror figures and the teens that come between them. Enjoy it for escape, but don't expect cinema magic. |

Butterfly Effect- Used
This film with Ashton Kutcher is about a boy whose blackouts allow him to make changes in the universe which change the course of his life. It is reminiscent of a Ray Bradbury short story I read as a child. Chilling, but a great film! |
