The World of Suzie Wong
I first felt that this movie embodies stereotypes about both Chinese women and Caucasian men but the message is quite the opposite when you see the chemistry between the protagonists. A classic. |

White Chicks (DVD)
This is a hilarious movie. The Wayans brothers are comedic genuises. It can't get funnier than people falling for their disguise as two filthy rich white girls. |

Sing-Along Songs: Beach Party At Walt Disney World (1996)
We bought this DVD for my son after buying him the Sing along Disney World fun. He loves this DVD just as much and has a dance to each song. It's nice because it's not just the characters jumping around. There is a cast of children that dance along with them. |

Velvet Goldmine
Excellent exploration of glam rock and the (fictionalized) relationship between Iggy Pop and David Bowie. Genius Rodd Haynes beautifully captures the glitz and yearning of the time. |

The John Waters Collection: Vol. 2
two John Waters masterpieces together at last! Finally a quality transfer of Desperate Living, one of my fave trash classics! I just wish there were more special features! It's hard to complain when you get a free "oderama" scratch and sniff card, though! |

Reality Bites
Now this isn’t a mind-blowing wonderful movie, but I could watch it over and over again. I recently discovered it. I never saw it when it came out and it just so wonderfully captures a time that I’m sure many 20-somethings can relate to. |

A La Mode
I was a little hesitant to believe that this stuff actually works, but it does make me feel a little better in the morning whenever I'm sick or even dehydrated. I add a more water than recommended to make it less intense of a flavor. |

Big Daddy
I'm a sucker for Adam Sandler, so I knew I was going to like this one. Plus, Rob Schneider, who is in so many of his movies, has a great supporting role. It's a little sappy for die hard Billy Madison fans, but it's still really hilarious. |

The Office: The Collection (DVD)
This is perfect television. The show that inspired the American version of The Office is funnier and smarter. Some moments are so painfully funny it hurts to watch them, but you'll end up viewing them over and over again. |

Duran Duran - Arena: The Movie (1984)
What a grand spectacle this movie is with the great shots of the band playing and hookie visual effects. This is a classic for video movies for the 80's and defines that era with the outfits, the sounds and the hairdo's. |

Annie Lennox - Live in Central Park
If you love Annie Lennox like I do, then this live album is the one to have. Not only is her recording voice amazing but to hear it live is the best. You can tell she gives it her all. |

Tuxedo (Widescreen)
I don't think there movie that exist in the world that is cornier than the Tuxedo. I am usually a fan of Jackie Chan movies, but this one was way below the bar. |

Uninvited Guest DVD
I thought this movie was a little too dramatic for my taste. I thought the wife was a complete idiot for doing what she did with a total stranger. Despite all that I still think this movie was okay, but not that great. |
