It is very light jogging stroller. When i go jogging with my newphew, this stroller move along with me easily wherever i direct to. Its seat is very comfortable for my nephew. It has a large space for him. Even though it is quite expensive, it is worth. |

Love the pram, the soft footrest is a problem, if your toddler is in a bad mood and presses down on it, can act like a break. Harness could be better. |

I purchased this stroller through a well known baby retailer. It was easy to assemble. I took it to the grocery for the first ride. I noticed as I was strolling around, one of the front wheels was sticking. I thought it could be because the floor was very waxy and my graco does the same thing on this type of floor. A day later I took the stroller for a real "drive" around the neighborhood. I was five minutes into my walk when one if the front wheels started acting up again. I contacted Tike Tech customer service three times and they finally responded one week later. All they were willing to do is send out a new wheel when I clearly stated I wanted a brand new stroller because the one I had was only one week and two rides old. I was completely dissatisfied with customer service at Tike Tech/X Outdoors. I contacted the store I purchased it from and explained the situation. They sent the UPS man the next day to pick it up. Overall, this is a poor quality product with poor customer service/warrenty backing. I would not recommend this stroller to anyone. If I had not just purchased it and had to deal strictly with warrenty this could have been a real nightmare. |
