The base unit is big (10" x 8" x 6" high) and heavy. But it is amazingly quiet. It has large rubber feet which prevent the unit from moving or vibrating on the counter. Definitely a worthwhile investment and great product. |

It is sturdy and obviously lasts a long time. I have replaced the bowl once in that time because of cracks. I expect this unit to be just a good. It's a bit difficult to clean and dry, but that's a quibble. |
