I bought this item year ago on ShopNBC and loved it. I later found out that downlite made the item and when I saw it come up on a google search as a closeout - put two and two togethor. I just bought this after researching more on SortPrice and think it is a great buy. Their shipping is a bit slow - but it was way cheaper then what I paid for my older one on shopNBC years ago.
