Ouch! This boot camp is really tough, surprisingly tough for a DVD! Even though it is just a tape, I find that I work pretty hard, maybe Denise's hard body is inspiration for that! |

Good product, simple, easy to assemble, and works fine. That being said, if you want to put more batteries in the sound unit, think again. You will have to have a jeweler's screwdriver and a fine tip phillips screwdriver to get at them. Then you realize that they're four watch batteries. It's a good unit, but the sound part could've been designed better. |

I have been a customer of your product for a few years now, but have found that within the last year 1 out of every 3 bottles of this product do not work. The spray trigger either just drips or nothing comes out. It is very frustrating to say the least. I am to the point of finding a new product. |

This is a very humorous romantic comedy that is unlike any other in the genre. It is funny and original, and the entire cast is spectacular, including Christopher Walken in a great role. Both Brendan Fraser and Alicia Silverstone have great chemistry together which makes the film fun to watch. |

Quick workout but effective once you put your own style into it. To really get my heart rate up, I use ankle weights throughout. That makes this workout more fun and challenging. |

it is a solid workout that you could easily divide into smaller segments if you were pressed for time and is enjoyable to do. I enjoy this workout and it definitely gets my heartrate going! |

I love her workouts! It was fast moving, but I felt like my entire body was worked, and worked well. I highly recommend this DVD for exercisers wanting to throw in some great variety. |

This is an awesome walking workout. It has levels that are appropriate for beginners as well as those who are a bit more advanced. Denise talks a little too much but the exercise is great! |
